How long is the contract?

We offer flexibility without long-term commitments. There’s a 30-day notice period for both parties. This ensures a smooth transition if we decide to part ways.

We understand that patients may be at various stages of engagement, and we want to guarantee that they continue to receive the level of care they expect as we transition back to your practice.

What’s covered in the onboarding fee?

Our onboarding fee encompasses a comprehensive process to set your practice up for success. We streamline the process while taking the time to fully understand your providers, their areas of specialty, and the fundamental aspects of your practice.

Additionally, we configure our automation and integrate your practice into our systems. We craft personalized messaging and ensure that everything is ready for a seamless start on day one of our partnership.

Why is there a difference in pricing between Plastic Surgeons and Medical Spas?

We tailor our team to match the specific needs of each practice. For plastic surgery practices, our experienced team members are equipped to provide a different level of service. At salesMD, we go beyond simply booking appointments.

Our goal is to initiate meaningful conversations and visibly set your practice apart. For both plastic surgery practices and medical spas, our team serves as a bridge between the front desk and the patient care coordinator or provider, ensuring that the entire patient journey is seamless and exceptional.

Why do you charge 2 credits for a text message?

We understand that sending a text message may seem straightforward, but there’s more to it than meets the eye. Behind each text message, there’s administrative work involved. We ensure that we check availability on the schedule, avoiding any potential double bookings.

Unlike telephone conversations, where everything happens in real-time, text messages require us to maintain a level of administrative diligence. The 2-credit charge allows us to deliver a top-notch service and represent you and your practice exactly as you expect.

Are unused credits carried over to the next month?

No, unused credits do not carry over. Our base pricing is optimized to ensure timely lead follow-up with the appropriate staffing levels.

If you regularly have unused credits, we’ll assess whether a more cost-effective plan is suitable and discuss potential adjustments with you.

How does the Extra Credits Bolt-On work?

The Extra credits Bolt-On provides additional credits beyond those included in your base plan. These credits are purchased upfront in increments of $200, $500, and $1.000 or multilples therof. 

Do Extra Credits expire?

Extra credit Bolt-Ons do not expire and the funds will carry over each month until they are used against extra credits. Unlike the base fee, which lasts for the billing month, your money is ‘banked’ until used. Think of it as an Escrow.

What happens to Extra Credits at the end of the agreement?

Unused funds in the Extra Credit Bolt-On ‘bank’ will be refunded at the end of the contract.

What happens when my Extra Credits are low?

When your funds are running low, we will invoice you so you can top up the Extra Credits and ensure there is no disruption to the service.

What happens if I use up all my credits?

If no funds are available and all the credits have been used in a given month, we will cease calls until funds are replenished.
